Congregational School Workshops
1. Creating a Successful B’nei Mitzvah Program
Our challenge with each of our students is to focus them on the importance of the Bar / Bat Mitzvah experience while communicating the message that it is not the culmination of their Jewish experience, but rather the beginning of an independent Jewish life. Specific focus will be placed on the Mitzvah Program: What it is, the rationale behind it, and some tips for effective implementation.
2. Best Practices: The Makings of a Successful Congregational School
This workshop explores a number of identified best practices of successful congregational schools, practices which will greatly enhance the quality and impact of your congregational school program as well.
