Print out one copy of the Bib Sheet for each member of the team.

Then go to the Resources page to find lots of helpful links.

Write your notes down on the Bib Sheet--this is required, not optional.  Make sure to fill in all three columns

Some of the pages are linked to others on the same site which have valuable information.  However, do not leave any Resource links' websites without permission from your teacher.

Stay focused on your city and topic, but scan for references that might have to do with general topics as well--the general reality could have a lot to do with your particular interests.

Your teacher will decide how many sites you need to quote.

As to whether you are permitted to use a search engine to go looking for more resources:  if you don't have an answer from the teacher, then the answer is no.
